Drop off and Pick up Availability for Boarding Animals: Please note that if you wish to drop off or pick up your pets on a Saturday that I may be unavailable during most of the day as this is when I am normally doing my call out services or at PFP. Each week on Thursday/Friday my schedule is done up so I can advise what time in the morning or afternoon that I will be available - normally this is anywhere between 7am-8am and 2-4.30pm but can change. For other days, please check our usual hours to schedule a time. SUNDAYS I AM NOT AVAILABLE FOR ANY BOARDING PICK UP OR DROP OFF - this is why it will not allow you to book a Sunday on our forms and isn't negotiable. 

Payment is required in full for the dates booked upon either check-in/drop off, half way for longer stays or on pick up, whichever JC's Critter Cave agrees to (we accept cash, EFTPOS, Paypal or Bank Transfer). Please note that we now charge 1.95% surcharge on credit card eftpos and Paypal payments, this is to cover fees charged by Square and Paypal.
